Yes, you can cancel or suspend your service within 72 hours. To do so, email campaign@heystaxe.com.

How do I get my subscription receipt?

To retrieve your subscription receipt, navigate to your ACCOUNT and select Balance & Invoice. If you need further assistance, email our help desk support@heystaxe.com.

How do I rest my Account password?

To reset your password, navigate to your ACCOUNT, select SETTINGS, and select PASSWORD. Here you will enter a new password. Select SAVE CHANGES when complete.
