Administrative Director, Women's & Children's Service Line
This position will develop and implement operational and business plans consistent with the mission and vision of Broward Health. Demonstrates and promotes Broward Health values, service for excellence behaviors and continuous improvement. Will be responsible for the assigned enterprise service line and reporting to the Corporate Transformation Executive. Will be responsible for the collaborative development and implementation of integrated operating plans with Broward Health Point. This position will be accountable for managing the cost, quality, access, and service. Provides an atmosphere conducive to team development and professional growth for associates. Demonstrates and promotes corporate values, service excellence behaviors and continuous improvement. Service lines areas to include but limited to all areas of Women’s and Children’s specialties for Broward HealthPoint. MUST BE A REGISTERED NURSE AND HAVE Outpatient/Ambulatory OB experience.
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
* Master’s degree preferred.
* Graduate from an accredited nursing program/school (BSN or MSN).
Experience:
* Seven (7) or more years of related experience in progressive growth, strategy and operations for Women’s and Children’s medical practices.
Credentials:
* Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or holds a multi-state nursing license; or able to obtain license prior to start is required.
