What does a successful Client Service Specialist do at Fiserv?
As a Client Service Specialist Fiserv, you will provide Level 2 support for the Small and Medium sized Business (SMB) Direct portfolio. As part of this team, you will support retention and growth of the SMB Direct portfolio and assure client satisfaction by maintaining overall relationship with clients. This includes client solution penetration, client education and issue resolution.
What you will do:
Provide direct resolution of simple and complex inquiries through coordination with customers and other internal Fiserv departments.
Deliver clear and open communication regarding such complex matters as pricing, funding, and compression management and deepen the penetration of Fiserv products and services.
Educate customers on relevant industry information and provide training on products, reporting, and self-service tools.
Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer profiles, including contract information, communication logs, and product matrix.
What you will need to have:
2-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, business development, or relationship management, preferably with payment processing experience.
Experience maneuvering across multiple systems and platforms
High school diploma or equivalent education and/or equivalent military experience.
Must be located in Omaha, Hagerstown or Coral Springs area
What would be great to have:
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge of payment processing, Fiserv’s products, platforms, systems, and operational areas.”
