What’s the position?
The Manager – Revenue VIP Operations will be responsible for driving revenue performance across multiple regulated U.S. markets for both Hard Rock Bet Casino and Sportsbook. This role blends commercial strategy, analytical expertise, and deep market insight to optimize performance, promotions, and player reinvestment across diverse state environments.
You’ll be at the intersection of data and decision-making, ensuring promotions, bonuses, and VIP operations hit the right note — maximizing revenue while delivering a world-class player experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Optimization & Strategy
Manage the revenue performance across multiple state markets and both verticals (Casino and Sportsbook).
Develop and execute strategies that optimize retention, promotions, and player reinvestment to drive profitability.
Identify state-specific trends and opportunities based on player behaviour, competition, and regulatory nuances.
Partner with Business Intelligence teams to produce forecasts, performance analyses, and revenue models that inform decision-making.
Market Insights & Growth
Lead commercial performance reviews, highlighting key growth levers and potential risks.
Support new market launches, ensuring local promotional and commercial strategies align with state dynamics.
Monitor competitive activity to ensure Hard Rock Bet maintains a distinctive edge in player engagement and value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with CRM, Marketing, Product, VIP and Operations teams to ensure alignment between commercial strategies and player experiences.
Partner with Compliance teams to ensure all promotional and commercial activities are fully compliant with each state’s regulations.
Work with Trading and Commercial teams to fine-tune margins, segment players, and maximize revenue opportunities.
Analytics & Reporting
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that track key KPIs — including GGR, NGR, ARPU, Reinvestment.
Deliver actionable insights to senior leadership on performance trends, campaign outcomes, and optimization opportunities.
Drive continuous improvement by leveraging data to refine commercial strategies and player engagement initiatives.
Requirements
What are we looking for?
5+ years of experience in VIP, CRM, revenue management or commercial analytics, ideally within iGaming, sports, entertainment, or other performance-driven industries.
Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and Excel.
A self-starting, curious mindset with exceptional attention to detail and a drive to understand the “why” behind the numbers
Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, including executive teams.
Detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong sense of accountability, ownership, and a bias for action.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions related to performance and user engagement
