Nuclear Analyst I - AA/FFD
Position Specific Description
The position provides administrative and programmatic support to the Access Authorization and Fitness-for-Duty (FFD) programs, ensuring compliance with 10 CFR Part 37 (Physical Protection of Category 1 and Category 2 Quantities of Radioactive Material) and 10 CFR 73.56 (Personnel Access Authorization Requirements for Nuclear Power Plants).
Job Overview
This job is responsible for the completion of projects and presentations that require coordination, research, and review. Employees in this job develop and report information to nuclear management.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Reviews and analyzes various reports on financial, business operations, plant operations indicators and data
Conducts assessments or audits of various operational activities
Coordinates and interacts with various levels of company management and external parties
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School Grad / GED
Bachelor’s or Equivalent Experience
Experience: 4+ years
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Special Requirements
Nuclear Specific Requirements:
In absence of degree, 6+ additional years of experience (1.5 years of experience per year of post-secondary education)
