Nutritional Services Assistant

Interviews patients for meal selections. Assembles and serves food and performs dish room functions to ensure prompt efficient service according to diet order, menu guidelines, and department guidelines. Provides basic nutrition nutritional counseling and care plans to medium to low-risk participants.
