Oversee the management and usage of a shared event calendar matrix, ensuring cross-functional accountability for tracking updates, reviews, and actionable outcomes.
Maintain project dashboards to track event and activation planning, roles/responsibilities, timelines/due dates, and project close-out tasks.
Additional responsibilities will revolve around supporting the Senior Project Manager on tentpole projects:
Assist in ascertaining objectives and requirements, assuring all relevant stakeholders’ expectations are aligned with the scope.
Identify and mitigate overall project risk by defining assumptions and blockers at the onset, ensuring contingency plans are in place.
Plot project-specific milestones to keep stakeholders informed on deliverables.
Assist with conducting project postmortems, ensuring proper documentation.
