Senior Designer - Partnerships
What’s the role
As a Senior Designer supporting Partnerships Creative, you’ll concept and design co-branded sports partnership assets that define how Hard Rock Bet connects with fans through our team and league partnerships (NFL, NBA, NHL, racing, and more). You’ll bring creative vision, strategic thinking, and exceptional execution to life across digital, social, in-venue, and experiential activations, helping fans experience the thrill of Hard Rock Bet wherever they watch or play.
You‘ll be at the heart of the action, collaborating closely with the Design Lead, creative team, and cross-functional partners to bring ideas to life and ensure every execution aligns with both brand standards and partner guidelines. Your primary mission will be to support the design and execution of partnerships creative primarily within the Sportsbook segment.
What You’ll Do
Lead the concepting, design, and execution of co-branded campaigns, including digital, experiential, motion, and print materials.
Ideate innovative solutions that elevate the brand and present creative assets in fresh, engaging formats.
Create visually stunning, on-brand assets across a variety of partnerships and channels, including social, banners, LED displays, print materials, events, and more.
Maintain a cohesive and consistent brand presence ensuring partner brand guidelines are respected while maintaining internal brand integrity.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ideate and pitch creative concepts for partnerships.
Stay Ahead of Trends by keeping up-to-date with the latest design trends and best practices in digital and print advertising, particularly within the Sportsbook landscape.

Requirements
What are we looking for?
5+ years of experience in marketing design, with a strong focus on brand, marketing, or partnership-related work.
Proven ability to translate strategic goals into compelling visual solutions across digital, print, motion, and experiential formats.
A strong portfolio showcasing co-branded campaigns, partnership activations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Well-versed in designing for print (both large and small formats) and digital platforms.
Experience working with brand guidelines and adapting design systems for partner integrations
Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is essential. Experience with Figma is a major plus.
A collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and refine creative that meets both aesthetic and strategic needs.
A passion for or interest in sports or the iGaming industry is a significant advantage.
